Generational change at ANZER KABEL

After many successful years as Managing Director, Jürgen Anzer has handed over the leadership of the company to his son, Marvin Anzer. Effective July 16, 2026, the family business enters its third generation of leadership.

Thank you for decades of dedication

Jürgen Anzer played a pivotal role in shaping the development of ANZER KABEL over the years. He continuously advanced the company through immense personal commitment, entrepreneurial foresight, and great passion.
Under his leadership, the business evolved from a regional cable assembly provider into a high-performing partner for complex cable assembly and sub-assembly manufacturing, serving customers across a wide range of industries. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to him for this extraordinary dedication and the work he has accomplished.

Special thanks also go to his wife, Petra. She has always supported her husband, stood by the company for many years, and made a significant contribution to the family business's success. This intergenerational commitment and strong family cohesion are essential parts of what defines ANZER KABEL.

However, the couple is not leaving Marvin entirely on his own. Jürgen Anzer will support his son during his initial period as the new Managing Director, offering guidance and acting as a point of contact based on his many years of experience. Petra Anzer will also remain with the company, continuing her work in the financial accounting department. Drawing on her extensive experience, she supports her son in day-to-day operations and is always available to provide advice and answer questions.

Growing up with the company

For Marvin Anzer, ANZER KABEL is far more than just a workplace—the company has been part of his life since childhood. From an early age, he spent a great deal of time at the company, accompanying his father through the production facilities and getting to know the people who define ANZER KABEL to this day. He began helping out at the company in his spare time while still at school. After finishing school, he embarked on a dual study program at ANZER KABEL, successfully completing his master's degree and gradually taking on increasing levels of responsibility. Since then, he has played an active role in shaping the company’s development. The generational transition is therefore not a new beginning, but the logical continuation of a story defined for decades by passion, trust, and family values. Marvin Anzer aims to preserve what has proven successful while simultaneously introducing fresh ideas. His goal is to blend the family business's tradition with modern concepts and future-oriented developments.

By taking over leadership, Marvin intends to further develop ANZER KABEL together with the entire team. Central to this effort are the same values ​​that have always distinguished our company: quality, reliability, collaborative partnerships, and open, honest communication—with  our customers, suppliers and our employees. At the same time, the company is set to continue growing with a focus on the future. Modern technologies, digital processes, and sustainable developments will play a key role, alongside the continuous evolution of our manufacturing capabilities and service offerings.
